Welcome to VoltGuard Batteries LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VoltGuard Batteries website, products, ordering services, delivery services, customer communications, and related services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

VoltGuard Batteries LLC provides automotive batteries, battery delivery services, vehicle battery compatibility assistance, order processing, and customer support within our applicable service area.

2. Orders

By placing an order with VoltGuard Batteries, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use your selected payment method.
  • Vehicle information provided for battery compatibility purposes is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

All orders are subject to product and inventory availability.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice until an order has been confirmed.

Applicable sales taxes, delivery fees, and other charges will be disclosed before payment when applicable.

4. Payment

VoltGuard Batteries may use secure third-party payment processors to process customer payments.

Customers may receive a secure payment link by SMS, email, or another authorized method after requesting or agreeing to receive it.

Orders generally will not be processed until payment has been successfully received unless otherwise agreed by VoltGuard Batteries.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and estimated arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Traffic, weather, inventory availability, supplier delays, delivery-provider availability, incorrect customer information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

Additional charges may apply when a customer requests changes to a delivery after an order has been processed.

6. Battery Compatibility

VoltGuard Batteries may use vehicle information provided by customers to identify or recommend compatible automotive batteries.

Customers should provide accurate vehicle year, make, model, engine, trim, and other requested information.

VoltGuard Batteries is not responsible for incorrect battery recommendations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns and Warranties

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with the applicable VoltGuard Batteries Return Policy.

Warranty terms may vary depending on the battery model, product, supplier, or manufacturer.

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, neglect, or other excluded conditions may not qualify for warranty coverage.

8. VoltGuard Batteries SMS Messaging Program

VoltGuard Batteries LLC may provide SMS/text messaging communications to customers who have consented to receive such messages.

Messages may include:

  • Secure payment links
  • Order confirmations
  • Battery availability information
  • Order-status information
  • Delivery notifications
  • Estimated delivery information
  • Customer service communications
  • Responses to customer inquiries
  • Other transactional communications associated with a customer's request or order

Customers may provide SMS consent through methods offered by VoltGuard Batteries, including verbal consent during a customer-initiated telephone conversation or an available online opt-in process.

Before SMS messages are sent following verbal opt-in, the customer is asked whether they agree to receive text messages from VoltGuard Batteries. SMS communications are sent after the customer provides consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from VoltGuard Batteries LLC.

Customers who opt out will no longer receive applicable SMS communications unless they subsequently provide consent again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, trademarks, logos, graphics, product images, website materials, text, and other content owned by VoltGuard Batteries may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoltGuard Batteries LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Where permitted by law, our maximum liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

VoltGuard Batteries handles personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
